Jack and Nancy moved away from longtime friends, family & church to a quiet, tiny town in central Texas. Just close enough for a visit!! I think they like it there: Life is good in the country, but we do miss seeing all our buds from the Houston area, and we ALWAYS miss seeing our family from all over! You´re all welcome to visit anytime! We´d love to show you our new peace of heaven (and I didn´t misspell).

Susan and Greg were also church members. When Greg's career took him to the San Antonio area, I worked with them to list their New Territory home just before Christmas. Thinking the market would be slow at that time, we were pleasantly pleased when it sold within the first week and closed early January.

Mike and Jean were looking for a larger home in an excellent school district to raise their two boys. We put their house on the market and before long, we had three offers on the property. Then we began looking for a new home for them. We found a home that had the perfect floor plan needing some cosmetic updates, but before we could put an offer on it, it was under contract. So back out again, looking at a slightly higher price range. And now they have a wonderful home, needing no updates at all, with big trees and a big yard for the boys to play in. Welcome Matt and Kelly to your new home! Moving here from Florida, this young couple had no knowledge of the area and a limited time frame to find a home.
